The company develops and produces functional ingredients for the international food industry, with diverse applications in the processing of meat, fish and snacks.

Functieomschrijving:

The Chief Executive Officer has to work collaboratively with the Board to refine the business plan and growth strategy. He/she has to review the operating results of the organisation and take steps to ensure that established objectives are achieved. He/she also has to effectively transition the company to being known as a "knowledge-based and value adding" organisation, with an eye for scaling, standardization of procedures and IP.

• Proven executive leadership with sustained results (growth, profit, people)
• Experience in scaling and professionalizing a smaller company
• Extensive network of contacts with a strong market focus
• International experience and cultural sensitivity
• Knowledge of the food industry
• Excellent team management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Graduate degree with an interest in ingredient research
