The position

As Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting and Transformation, your clients will be the finance departments within banks and insurance companies that are continuously facing accounting and regulatory change. Your role will be to advice and support them in envisioning, designing, and delivering financial reporting, modernisation and transformation. The team you will join is a mix of junior and senior professionals, experienced in Finance and Risk Reporting and Transformation at banks and insurance companies. In your new role you will be working multi-disciplinary with Financial Services Specialists across the firm, operating at the intersection between Finance, Risk, IT and Business. 

Tasks & responsibilities 

Offering independent advice and support to the financial departments of banks and insurance companies, successfully influencing commercial decision making. Leading a team of professionals analyzing the impact of changes in accounting standards and regulations. Ability to collaborate with partners to deliver end-to-end solutions, think outside the box and provide execution power. You envision end-state structural solutions and gain momentum for change. You will put sales actions into motion through generating impact and interest with your clients. You are a people-oriented and able to inspire your junior colleagues and help them excel. 

Candidate profile 

A Masters’ degree and professional proficiency in English are pre-requisites, proficiency in Dutch is a plus. Over 12 years of relevant work experience in meeting the challenges of Finance and Risk reporting at leading banks or insurance companies. You have hands-on knowledge and experience with Basel IV or IFRS 17, the ability to oversee all aspects of the TOM and to deep-dive on specific topics. You have up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations and have an ability to see beyond them to their strategic and operational impact. You are a natural net-worker and are well connected within the Financial Services. You thrive in a high performing culture and are a hands-on and ambitious professional.
