The position

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking for an experienced Business Relationship Manager..

Tasks & responsibilities

• Nurture an existing customer relationship with a focus on growing the business, while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Build a deep contextual understanding of the customer’s business and industry
• Proactively identify opportunities to engage and propose new solution ideas to the customer
• Identify and engage key buying stakeholders to drive opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Work with distributed solution and practice teams to craft the right value proposition for the customer
• Lead commercial and contractual discussions for new contracts
• Actively support the Delivery Partner to maintain a high customer satisfaction index, especially by contributing to the service management and integration function
• Key targets will include – Total Contract Value, Qualified Sales Pipeline, Win rate and Customer Satisfaction Index
