Digital Delivery Manager

Digital offers clients solutions to stimulate growth, find new ways to create value and to transform their organizations. Our Digital professionals bring our leading digital opportunities, assets, software and services together. Besides this they offer the clients an extensive portfolio of business and IT services; such as developing new digital strategies, implementing digital technologies and executing digital processes. Digital is divided in three groups: Interactive,  Analytics and Mobility. You will be part of Interactive Delivery.

The position

As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and project management of projects executed under responsibility of our client. You manage projects in customer facing solutions.

Candidate profile

• You have strong project and delivery management skills and experience and are able to independently manage clients and technical teams across activities from business case development to implementation
• You have worked in multi-disciplinary and international/distributed delivery teams across digital technologies such as e-Commerce or Experience Management platforms (examples Hybris, DemandWare, Adobe Experience Manager);
• You understand e-Commerce and Experience Management topics, such as Web Content Management, Product Information Management, Search Engines, SEO, Conversion approaches.
• You have experience in delivering projects in complex client organizations including coaching clients in the management of work streams falling under their responsibility;
• You have experience in Agile delivery in enterprise and distributed environments.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree is a minimum qualification
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project delivery management in Digital;
• It is considered a pre that your projects involved systems such as Hybris, DemandWare, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and verbal;
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional (CSP) is a plus; Experience with Scale Agile Framework is also a strong plus.
• Experience in an Agency or Consulting firm will be considered a strong plus
