FASST Transformation Manager – GBS/Finance Transformation

The position

Candidate profile

• A degree in economics / accounting / business / finance / computer science with professional qualifications in accounting / finance (such as CPA or CFA etc.). 
• Over 5 years of relevant experience as a finance transformation consultant, SSC transformation advisor, EPM / ERP analyst working in management consulting firms, Big 4 accounting firms or participating in global large complex organization

Consulting design and delivery capability in any of the following areas:

• GBS / SSC design or implementation 
• ERP Implementation
• EPM implementation / Financial planning and budgeting & Management information and reporting
• Financial consolidation and financial reporting (various accounting standards)
• End-to-end cycle of applied experience in implementing EPM applications or ERP in large complex organizations is required

Key Skills / Knowledge:

• Attention to detail, superb organization skills, and strong sense of delivering client success
• Ability to work with cross organizational users – Finance, Support, Sales, Operations etc. to identify issues and drive them to resolution, translate business issues into solutions at clients 
• Aware of Agile / Scrum methodology
• Experience with working with an Offshore System Integrator/Business Process Outsourcer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel (Post-COVID) a must
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
