The M&A team has about 90 colleagues globally with a service offering on a clear growth path. The team has a corporate start up mentality for M&A and Business transformation

Tasks & responsibilities

As part of the M&A team, you will deliver comprehensive offerings along the whole transaction cycle:

• Due Diligence (Buy / Sell Side)
• Carve-out- / Integration Planning and execution
• Program Management
• Target Operating Model Planning (Fit of IT and Business)
• Orchestration of overall TCS Solution portfolio for efficient and fast M&A transaction planning and execution

Candidate profile

• At least 7 years of total professional experience
• 3 to 8 years experience in business transformation and/or M&A delivery (delivery=implementation after deal signing)
• Solid in 2 of the following 3 aspects: Transformation, Technology, Project Management
• Business background with a solid understanding of technology transforma-tion or technology background with a solid business understanding
• Consulting spirit in challenging environment (M&A, diverse teams, deadlines..)
• Dedicated M&A experience is a plus (Pre Deal or Post Deal with Carve-out/PMI) but not a must if other criteria are fitting  (We can also develop M&A context)
• Business understanding in terms of  Business functions and processes
• Understanding in some of these IT Areas:
  • ERP and Business processes (Finance / Logistics…)
  • IT Infrastructure / Cloud
  • IT Licensing, Contracts, Service Delivery Frameworkd
  • IT Strategy and Organization
  • IT Financials / Controlling
