The position
Versuni, formerly known as Philips Domestic Appliances, produces industry leading kitchen, coffee, climate, garment, and floor care appliances worldwide. The Senior Global Talent Intelligence Manager leads Talent Intelligence globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an senior analytics professional with affinity for HR management to define and implement talent intelligence within a successful, global household name that is going through a full-scale repositioning journey.
Tasks & responsibilities
The Senior Global Talent Intelligence Manager leads Talent Intelligence at Versuni. First, this means developing and driving Talent Management, working closely with the Learning & Development team as well as the Workforce Analytics team to support strategic decision making. It includes presenting talent management insights and recommendations and leading the overall conversation with senior leadership. This is a position of thought leadership on modern global talent management and succession.
Second, the Senior Global Talent Intelligence Manager builds out the Versuni talent-to-value framework as a bridge between teams and projects to facilitate a consistent approach to the talent strategy. The role leads the talent strategy for HR, partnering with and coaching HR Managers and Business Leaders to spot challenges and opportunities, and creating a talent-to-value mindset.
Third, this role is responsible for competitive talent intelligence research and analysis, together with HR Leadership team and the senior leadership team, across a range of industries, competitors, and geographies, combining both internal and external sources of data. Therefore, the Senior Global Talent Intelligence Manager must have a strong ability to present insights in a way that resonates with business leaders and brings insights to life with compelling storytelling.

Candidate profile*
- Master’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management and/or Talent Intelligence
- Data & analytics expertise
- Experience in the field of human resource management
