Solution Lead (public sector)

The position

Solution Lead - Public Sector.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Extract and analyze customer RFI/RFP/Tender data for solution/services development
• Coordinate and compile responses from various teams within TCS based on RFI/RFP/Tender requirements and submission deadlines
• Own and Run the solution blueprint workshops and define the overall solution jointly with other solution team members
• Ensure that the teams are defining and writing the solution in PPT and/or Word Document based on agreed solution
• Work with the Sales and Pre Sales team to customize and develop a competitively priced and innovative solution to meet specific customer needs
• Write the solution in PPT and Word Document jointly with other solution owners

Candidate profile

Required qualifications:

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• >10 years of demonstrable experience of creating and shaping transformation solutions both in private and public sector
• Relevant experience of leading large multi year bids/tenders as Solution Owner in Public Sector in NL and/or BE
• Thorough understanding and demonstrable experience of working with different technologies (legacy and latest) for creating solutions
• Good understanding of Agility and associated frameworks ( SAFe , LeSS etc.)
• B .E. or M. in Computer Science, or equivalent
• Knowledge of French or German is preferred
• Strong customer facing and relationship building skills
• A blend of process and business acumen
• Able to lead and motivate cross functional teams
• A can do attitude, result focused and able to work to tight deadlines
