Strategy Consultant Operations

As a Strategy Consultant Operations, you will work in teams of consultants and client staff using your expertise in the operations management area to help clients achieve new performance highs.

You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of our transformation approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients for positive impact and sustainable results. In addition to working directly with clients, you will also share your expertise with colleagues internationally, thereby expanding your knowledge and refining our approaches in the field of Operations.

The requirements are as follows:

• Between 3 and 8 years of experience in a relevant part of the labour market, i.e. in an environment where the principles of lean manufacturing and process optimization (i.e. six sigma) are at a high level applied in service or manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical & quantitative skills, ability to provide customers with innovative and out-of-the-box solutions and be able to implement these solutions.
• Excellent academic records, high grades, preferably in technical or econometrical direction
• Strong communicative skills, able to act on both strategic, board room level and operational level.
• Strong team focus
• High level of ambition, drive and motivation§ “thought leader”; initiator, charisma
