The Opportunity:

• You will be working on large cap M&A transactions in a team with a very strong deal flow and excellent re-numeration.
• Working directly alongside Managing Directors and Directors in pitching and marketing efforts
• Leading a team of Analysts in Financial modelling and valuation activities
• Playing a vital role in execution efforts across a variety of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, IPO, Debt Advisory and restructuring.
• Working for one of the most renowned Investment Bank’s in Germany and advancing your career.

The Requirements:

• You are currently working at a leading Bulge Bracket Investment Bank
• You are currently a Senior Analyst/Associate within the M&A Team of a Large
• Investment Bank
• You are looking to develop your career with a strong focus on Germany and the
• German speaking countries.
• You speak both English and German Fluently
