Job discription vacancy CFO/ Finance Director

The CFO is a stable factor in a fast growing environment. You are a trusted advisor to the CEO, the Board of Directors the Supervisory Board. You are able to identify and service other stakeholders as well and he has experience in managing international banks, lawyers and auditors. The CFO in a joint effort with the CEO takes the lead in the translation of the strategy in the corporate business planning.

The CFO has a keen business sense and is able to interpret and challenge business information with management in a professional and positive manner.

Your responsibilities are:

• Responsible for long term business planning, financial systems, budgets as well as for legal and HR issues
• Oversight of the accounting and information systems
• Designs and implements a professional management reporting environment and is always a step ahead with the growing businesses.
• Improve on management information systems
• Assist in preparation of the Business Plan
• Reporting to Supervisory Board
• Control all corporate governance requirements

Your profile CFO/ Finance Director

• Familiar with fast growing international businesses preferably in the SAAS (software as a service) or software market.
• Strong stable personality balancing control and growth with a proper sense for costs.
• Experience with Venture Capital funded companies
• Experience with valuation, acquisitions and integration of different reporting requirements.
• Familiair with IAS and relating accounting issues
• 10+ years in accounting, finance within Software/IT sector
• Good accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of Corporate tax and VAT
• Team player
• Hands on mentality
• International mindset
• Good communication skills
