Account Manager Corporate Marketing
Department profile
The dept. is formed of a young team thriving in generating assets under a risk averse/profit oriented perspective. Target clientele are experienced, reputable companies in their business segment in Europe, CIS, Russia, etc. We opt for corporates in need of commodity finance, trade finance, structured trade finance, international trade finance, working capital loans mainly in iron and steel (ferrous-non ferrous), fertilizers, petrochemicals, energy (coal+oil), food processing, petro chemicals and bio fuel sectors.
Job profile
We are looking for account managers who already have knowledge in such sectors and preferably have a client portfolio. The job requires travelling frequently to other countries which should be taken into consideration. The Account Manager will be expected to introduce couple of customers to the existing portfolio in a short period of time. The job will be carried out independently, however, with close contact, supervision, guidance of the head of department and/or assistant general manager. It will not be a desk job.
Your profile
Knowledge:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration (preferable, not a must)
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate banking dept. of an international bank
- Knowledge/experience with Dutch/Belgium/German SME’s
- Presentable experience in Structured, Commodity and Trade Finance
- Knowledge on B/L, FCR, invoice, warehouse financing, able to assess company financial figures
Skills and abilities:
- English/Dutch is required; Russian is an definite added value; other languages are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast moving environment
- Trustworthy
