Job description:

Direct regional finance & accounting, treasury, financial planning & analysis, SOX compliance, audit, tax, insurance.
Establish, develop and manage the customer operations activities
Day to day management of finance, customer support, technical services and business analyses, as well as oversight of information technology and quality affairs
Planning financial performance and developing opportunities for growth.
Interact with executive team on a peer basis being part of the Management team
Direct and coordinate the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
Oversees Customer Services and related processes; order handling, customer feedback, installation and servicing and warehousing and distribution.
In collaboration with HR, ensure that the employee payroll and related expenses are accurately and timely paid and recorded.
Participate in the human resources activities of the department(s) ensuring that staffing, organizational development, performance management, and budgeting requirements are met. 

Profile description:

Master’s degree (MA) or equivalent in Business, Finance or Accounting required with a minimum of 8 years related experience.
Must have working knowledge and experience of all levels of procedures, functions, systems and software within the Finance area, specifically including knowledge of US GAAP and SOX requirements
Willingness and ability to interact within and in support of a global organization operating in multiple time zones and cultures.
Strong leadership, management and mentoring skills; team oriented.
Ability to appropriately delegate supervision in day-to-day functions.
Ability to interact constructively with multi-functional team members.
Integration of technical expertise with business objectives; strong sense of Company with ability to translate corporate goals into clear plans
Dedicated to optimizing the customer experience
Strong focus on quality management systems
Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities
Biotechnology or medical device industry experience a plus.
