Our client, a leading provider of specialized industrial solutions across sectors such as energy, marine, and power generation, is looking for an experienced Finance and Site Director. This role will lead financial strategy, compliance, and operational initiatives for the Dutch office, aligning with international teams to drive company goals and performance standards. In close collaboration with the Managing Director, you will contribute to both strategic decisions and daily operational matters.

Tasks & responsibilities

As Finance and Site Director, you will oversee and execute the financial strategy, including:

• Financial Reporting: Ensuring accurate internal and external reporting, including monthly and quarterly reports, annual statements, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Strategic Planning and Analysis: Developing financial plans and KPIs that align with company objectives to support sustainable growth.
• Budgeting and Control: Leading the planning and control cycle to ensure efficient budget management and optimized cost structures.
• Risk Management: Identifying and minimizing financial risks through robust risk management strategies.
• Operational Management: Coordinating operational and personnel planning for the Dutch office, focusing on continuous process improvement.
• Collaboration and Advisory: Working closely with various departments and acting as a financial advisor to the executive team and other departments to foster optimal collaboration and outcomes.

Requirements

• Academic level education
• Experience in a technical environment
• Fluent in Dutch and English
