The position

As the Financial Business Analyst, you pro-actively support business execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting and analysis on business performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders (Sales, R&D, Operations and supporting Functions) to make fact-based sound business decisions. Next to that, you pro-actively support execution of financial planning by preparing latest view, rolling forecast and annual operating plan information. In this position, you have the ability to learn and work in an environment with global exposure. This position reports to the Senior FP&A manager.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Analyse and align business needs from a financial perspective
• Translate data into information to support business execution
• Provide management information and decision support to relevant stakeholders
• Contribute and support the financial planning process (Rolling forecast, Budget, etc.)

Candidate profile

• Bachelor / Master level in a Business Economics, Finance and/or Accounting related study
• At least 2 - 5 years working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analysis
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to multi task
• Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data
• Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred), PowerBI and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial accounting
• Proactive and self- driven
• Ability to balance speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills
• Strong English business language skills
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Experience in the semiconductor industry, or international distribution is an advantage
