The position

The Global Pricing Director reports to the CFO and is responsible for the design and creation of pricing strategies, economic and analytical models to provide excellent support to the sales force to deliver winning offers and bids for the global business. He/she is responsible for collecting, analyzing and evaluating data on products, costs and markets to support development and presentation of the appropriate price and bid strategy. Understands new market opportunities, drives product-bundling and product pricing and go to market pricing strategies and models to maximize the revenue growth. Integrates pricing into key processes and oversees major deal P&L’s and participates in strategic deal reviews. Owns the pricing process connecting R&D, Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Finance and makes recommendations to the Executive Team.

The qualifications

• A university BA or MBA degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Marketing, 
• Successful background of 7-10 years in an international Senior Management position,
• of which 5-7 years in pricing matters,
• Proven track record working in Finance, Sales Management, Marketing, Sales Support, Business Consulting and /or Project management,
• Strong analytical and process thinking skills,
• Knowledgeable in sales techniques and sales training as well as pricing models,
• High level of comfort with financial systems,
• Strong teamwork and communication skills,
• Fluent in English and Dutch, speaking as well as in writing: other languages are desirable. 
• Willingness to travel.

Salary

€ 110.000 – € 130.000
Variable compensation up to 20%
