The position

• You will be the key player in various finance transformation projects
• Hands-on management role

Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS
• Main contactperson for external auditors
• Manage complex accounting issues for internal and external regulatory reporting
• Implement and improve accounting policies including control framework
• Select and implement new ERP system
• Lead in setting up new Shared Service Center

Candidate profile

• Qualified accountant - RA, CPA or ACCA
• Experience within a transformation environnment
• Minimum 15 years of experience within a complex and international environment
• Experience in a Big 4 company
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
