Group Treasurer 

The vacancy Group Treasurer exists due to the promotion of the current treasurer. The Group Treasurer reports to the CFO and leads a team of three. The focus in his position will be on balance sheet and project finance. Bond issues (> €1 billion) will be arranged, project finance (> € 500 million) with an equity character and financing solutions with an innovative character will be implemented. The Group Treasurer is responsible for cash management, reporting and the treasury infrastructure, however this has been delegated to his experienced team.

The ideal Group Treasurer 
For this position candidates with a business banking and/or corporate background will be considered. Important elements in the profile of the Group Treasurer are:

• Receives respect from the banking communities at the Zuidas and in Frankfurt, due to his personality and the fact that he is extremely knowledgeable; 
• Can set the pace for organisation improvement as a whole, also outside finance; 
• Has a genuine interest in the activities of his colleagues and can bridge gaps between operations/technology on one hand and financing on the other; 
• Has had the lead in bond issues, IPO's, ratings and/or alike; 
• His communicative skills allow him to connect with investors in road shows or other settings; 
• The main motivator for this position will be the challenge and content of this position, not so much the remuneration; 
• English is the business language, proficiency in Dutch would be an asset, speaking German a plus.
• International technology organisation 

Our client is an international, originally Dutch, capital-intensive technology organisation with a multibillion balance sheet. Over the last years the organisation has done numerous acquisitions. The technology is state-of-the-art. Over the last years a number of employees from the champions' league in strategy and finance have started at board level. Currently they are setting the pace and are moving forward quickly.

Remuneration and Process 
The maximum OTE for this position lies at €150.000 (~80% fixed), company car and benefits.
Ideally, the recruitment process will be ready before the end of April. An assessment will be part of the selection process.
