The have produced more than 700 hours of programming over the last three decades for the world’s A-list broadcasters, whilst the studios offers a suite of bespoke services to rights-owners, to help broker co-financing/co-production partnerships and handle finished programme sales. It also maximises project revenue and reach by crafting business models tailored to its clients’ specific needs.

The position

The Head of Finance is responsible for all Financial, Human Resources and Facilities aspects. Managing the financial duties, leading and coordinating the various administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts. Tasks & responsibilities

One of the first major projects is implementing SAP. Also responsible for proper and reliable management reporting to the parent company. As the Head of Finance, you are part of the Management Team and you will report directly to the CEO and COO.Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation, development and daily management of controlling system to prepare and validate the company’s planning, forecasting and reporting;
• Independent preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for the management and the portfolio controlling of the shareholder;
• Provision and further development of controlling tools to cover specific information needs;
• Advising the management and the market divisions on business management issues and KPIs;
• Preparation of business plans for strategic projects;
• Independent handling of liquidity planning and forecasting in connection with the monitoring of the company's credit lines;
• Contact person for the portfolio controlling of the parent company;
• Contact person for the commercial banks;
• Management of shareholder and supervisory board related matters including meetings;
• Ideally also lead in central administration matters (such as IT).

Candidate profile

• Successfully completed Bachelor of Master degree with a focus on finance / controlling;
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position;
• Ideally good user knowledge of SAP FI/CO;
• Good knowledge of Dutch;
• High level capacity of analytical thinking, strong numerical skills and very good verbal and written communication skills;
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English;
• Independent, team-oriented, committed and responsible way of working;
• Willingness, experience and capability to undertake HR- and administration related tasks.

The offer

• Salary: €80.000 – €100.000 (incl. holiday allowance);
• Bonus: 10%;
• 25 holidays;
• Travel allowance;
• Hybrid working.
