For the Benelux region, Hugo Boss maintains a contemporary and expansive office with a showroom located in Amsterdam. With the current Head of Retail departing, we are actively seeking a new team member to fill this crucial management position.

The position

As a Head of Finance, you will manage all financial issues in all aspects of the overall operations of Hugo Boss Benelux. The primary challenge is to create a connection with many different colleagues and teams in the Benelux, Europe and worldwide. You will find problems, bring solutions with a positive mindset and you lead the constant change. As you will be in the middle of the action you have a close collaboration with retail and wholesale, for instance on sales and profitability improvement measures.

Tasks & responsibilities

In addition to overseeing all financial matters for the five entities in the Benelux region, you handle business cases and, as Head of Finance, collaborate with the management team to define and execute strategy. Due to the ongoing development of the complex international organisation, you spearhead numerous projects and often pioneer new initiatives in the Benelux. You are the local supervisor for IT topics. The size of your team is sixteen people. The team is skilled, knowledgeable, loyal, international and rather stable.

This leadership role is ideal for an inspiring and energetic individual, passionate about retail and fashion. Responsible for one of Hugo Boss's largest markets, you will have the resources to improve performance. Leading the strategy, guiding the team, and delivering results in a dynamic, international, and inclusive environment are key aspects of this role.

Candidate profile

• Academic level of education and thinking
• More then 10 years of experience as a financial
• At least 3 years of experience in a role as Finance Director, Head of Finance or CFO
• Experience in a complex international environment
• Experience in managing IT and software migration projects is a big plus
