The position

As Head of Treasury you will be responsible for optimizing liquidity, managing financial risks, funding and ensuring the efficient use of financial resources to support strategic goals.

Tasks & responsibilities

As the Head of Treasury, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of eight of which half remote;
• Efficient cash and liquidity management in an organization with a presence in over a hundred countries with hundreds of bank accounts;
• Proactive risk mitigation, over 20 currencies;
• Strategic funding, global DCM transactions, financial planning and analysis;
• Treasury systems and technology oversight;
• Banking relationship management;

Candidate profile

You are the ideal candidate if you have been in a similar position before, at a large international corporate with presence in many countries around the world, with elaborate (DCM) financing experience, familiar in setting up a new treasury department, extensive knowledge in investments and liquidity management. You have proven leadership skills and worked in transition situations.

The offer

Indication of the base salary for this position is €130.000 excluding fringe benefits like a bonus and company car. For candidates that match and are interested, further information is available.
