Interim Treasury Operations Manager

The organisation

Our client is a prominent industrial project organisation with a rich history and a successful track record in relevant innovation. The company culture is "Rotterdam-direct" and hands-on. The corporate treasury team has grown over the last decade, both in size as well as in sophistication. This did not lead to a lowering of ambitions.

The position

The current manager has been asked to focus full-time on various improvement projects in corporate treasury and bring the team to the next level. For the time being the interim manager will manage treasury which includes:

• Liquidity, cash and payments;
• Operational bank relations and the banking infrastructure;
• Trade finance;
• All contacts with colleagues in finance, the SSC and business;
• People management of the small team.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate for this position has a solid track record in corporate treasury. She brings a high energy level and a focus on getting the job done. She is able to support and inspire the team. Experience with TMSs is a must, speaking Dutch highly desirable. Finally, she is able to find her balance in being service oriented and holding her own.

The offer

Expectation is that this assignment will last at least 6 months. The expected hourly candidate fee is €95, project cost is important for our client. For candidates who qualify and are interested, further information is available.
