Investment Bankers and Corporate Finance Professionals

For a number of top level employers in the banking and financial services sector we are looking for strong candidates with a solid background in the Investment Banking and/or Corporate Finance industry. Parties we are recruiting for range from international players in the banking sector to boutiques advising on corporate finance transactions.

Position

We are looking for experienced candidates at various levels of seniority with a proven track record in their area of expertise. The roles are in typical banking and advisory disciplines, as M&A, Acquisition/Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance and ECM/DCM. Positions will be based in the Netherlands (primarily Amsterdam). However, language skills are more than welcome, as a number of positions have an international focus.

Profile

• Background in M&A, Acquisition/Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, ECM/DCM, Restructuring and Private Equity
• In-depth knowledge of financial modelling and valuation techniques
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• High energy and the ability to handle multiple assignments effectively
• Flexibility and ability to perform under stress
• Master degree attained with above average grades
• 3 to 10 years relevant working experience
• Fluency in English (other foreign languages are appreciated)
