You will contribute to building and maintaining relations and communications with (existing and new) institutional shareholders, research analysts, bond community, retail shareholders and the financial community at large. You are an analytical, dynamic, a self-starter who is able to translate complex information into cohesive communication and can act as sparring partner for senior management.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Contributing to building and maintaining long-term trusted and professional relationships with institutional investors, analysts and financial media (internationally);
• Organizing and conducting meetings with investors (conferences, calls, roadshows, capital market days). This will involve traveling;
• Further shaping the equity story for the capital/financial markets based on company strategy;
• Maintaining and expanding analyst coverage, researching analyst reports and databases, as well as preparing benchmark , competitive and market analyses;
• Pro-actively inform and advise senior management;
• Formulating, realizing and monitoring IR positioning. You collect, analyze and interpret data for use in external messaging, reported results and consensus reporting. You also gather and synthesize the opinions, expectations and perception of the financial markets with respect to the company;
• Translating non-financial, strategic and sustainability-oriented facts into compelling messages that support our dialog with international analysts, investors and the general public;
• Personally, both internally and externally, representing the company and its IR function in the broadest sense of the word.

Candidate profile

We are looking for a professional that can both define and communicate company’s IR strategy based on understanding of company’s business position AND put it into action. You are intrinsically motivated to get things done, being able to work hard, both independently and in a team, strategically and hands on. You have the drive and motivation to contribute to accelerating the company’s business across diverse regions.

• A masters degree in a relevant academic field;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IR, Equity Research or M&A related experience with;
• You are able to deal with a multitude of stakeholders with different interests;
• A network relevant to the company is a recommendation;
• You have demonstrable experience within the IR field and related areas such as corporate funding and strategy development and you are familiar with corporate finance issues and projects;
• Experience with entrepreneurial, professional organizations;
• Fluent mastery of English, in writing and speaking;
• Preferably lives in vicinity of Amsterdam;
