Manager Project Control

The organisation

Our client is an Engineer and Constructor in the off shore industry.

The position

The Manager Project Control is responsible for the development and implementation of a solid reporting and project control structure. He is able to build and maintain effective cost control reporting processes and toe realize the improvement of dashboards and administrative procedures on projects and training and education of project controllers in the department.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Project Controllers
• Facilitate functional accounting & control in engineering, construction and other support teams
• Define performance indicators, measure and realize transparency of the financial situation of the organization and the specific projects
• Responsible for the coordination of the delivery of monthly management operations reviews and review results related to long term planning
• Lead and coordinate the annual  budgeting process and long term planning processes, including the preparation of the management information on the projects
• Support, advise and challenge business management
• Create financial awareness with the non financials within the organization

Candidate profile

• Up to 10 years relevant post qualification experience
• Proven track record of finance / reporting on major EPC projects
• Solid experience in leading teams and robust experience at managing teams in a dynamic environment with multiple interfaces
• Proven track record of delivering finance value in relevant technical/engineering environment
