The organisation
We are partnered with an international business based in Amsterdam, who are continuing to grow their business organically across various countries.
The position
You will head up a team of 4 payroll professionals and work in partnership with HR departments from EMEA, UK and APAC regions running payrolls. You will carry out the full end to end processing of salary on a monthly basis. Respond to all payroll queries as a team. Support with cost planning and forecasts with the SMT. You will support with optimizing the reporting processes for each country.
Candidate profile
7+ years within payroll and management experience is ideal for this position. Also, a PDL or VPS diploma will be a huge benefit for this position. You will be fluent in speaking and writing both dutch & english.
