Senior Financial Reporting Manager

The organisation

Our client is a leading global fleet management and driver mobility company. The organisation operates in 32 countries and has over 7.400 employees worldwide. With over EUR 9 billion turnover, EUR 450 million net profit and EUR 23 billion total assets, the company is one of a kind.

Last year, the company was acquired by a consortium composed of long-term responsible investors. Since this acquisition, a new leadership team has been created. Also, new Board members have been appointed. The organisation’s goals in creating a new organisation structure:

The position

Given the transformation of the organisation and the fact that the organisation is working towards an IPO over the next few years, our client wishes to attract a Senior Financial Reporting Manager, to start as soon as possible.
 
Candidate profile

The ideal candidate for this position will be a strong financial with experience in working in a fast-paced environment. In short:

• University Degree (Master’s) in Finance or Business related studies
• RA/ACCA/CPA (or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience, at a Big 4 firm combined with working experience at a listed company
• Analytical, structured, consistent, highly numerical
• Strong system and data skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, data warehouse & consolidation systems, etc.). Ability to transform data into information insight and high quality presentations.
