As Senior Global Process Expert Order to Cash with Heineken you will work in an international high demanding and complex environment. The Senior Global Process Expert Order to Cash will report to the Global Process Lead Order to Cash. Heineken has started a multi-year transformation program that includes a global ERP implementation, a redesign of their Target Operating Model and Global Finance Organization and processes as a result of that. As you will be a key member of the Global OTC Finance Process team, that has full ownership of shaping the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Global Order to Cash finance process.
You will drive standardization and harmonization of the Order to Cash finance processes over seeing all Operating Companies globally. Make sure that the End 2 End processes are aligned with other functions in the organizations and are embedded in ERP and business platforms. Build and grow data driven insights through process performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, process maturity assessments and process mining.
For the Process Transformation you will be accountable for the global design for new solutions, and will drive deployment through internal and external delivery organisations.
You will work closely with the other global teams in Finance, Commerce and Customer Service, Operating Companies, SSC to further optimize the processes. You bring to the team an in-depth knowledge of Finance Processes & Transformation, in particular OC, that will enable Heinekens’ understanding of cascading impact of potential changes to their processes but also possibilities.
With Heineken, you will be challenged to develop yourself, to extend your knowledge and skills and to proactively participate in diverse projects to improve and professionalize the finance function and processes globally. The ideal candidate has a Master degree and at least 10+ years of relevant working experience within the Big 4 (CFO or transformation or Consulting Services) or within Finance Operations / ERP systems / Finance processes position within global operating companies in FMCG, CPG. You bring the right drive and ambition to contribute to Heineken Finance Transformation in the coming years.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Shaping the vision, strategy and roadmap for OTC process. Continuously drive end-to-end (E2E) processes alignment with other functions in the domain. Identify areas for (continuous) improvement and efficiency. Monitor the process compliance with standard design and drive the reduction of process deviation through OpCo’s and HGSS. Build internal and external networks to stay on top of new process developments and best practise sharing. Be the functional owner of the process standards;
- Data Driven Transactional Finance: Build and grow data driven insights through the development and deployment of process performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, process maturity assessment and process mining. Develop benchmarking structures to support target driven operational excellence and continuous cost improvement;
- Process Transformation: Develop the deployment plan for new solutions, based on clear business cases and ROI, drive deployment through a delivery organisation, e.g. programme/project teams. Secure future state design in line with TOM and quality assurance role towards programme/projects deployments. Responsible for portfolio management of the business platforms for Order to Cash-Finance, always thinking and acting E2E.
Candidate profile
- Academic background in finance, accounting, business administration or economy;
- 10+ years of experience in a big-four / consulting firms (transformation teams / CFO consulting) or within an international operating company or division of a listed corporation;
- In-depth knowledge of the End 2 End Order to Cash processes (Credit, Collection & Dispute management, Customer payments, Price maintenance, Invoicing. Knowledge of Order Management and delivery, and commerce processes are a plus;
- Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking. Project management;
- Extensive experience planning and deploying finance processes initiatives;
- Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Finance Shared Services, Digital;
- Conceptually strong, being able to think “big and small” and an excellent finance acumen.
- Experience working with teams spread across multiple geographies;
- Takes ownership and is self-starter; Hands-on, getting things done mentality; Enjoys problem solving and working under pressure;
- Excellent communicator and excellent business acumen; Fluent in English both written and spoken.
The offer
- Base salary between €90.000 and €120.000 including the holiday allowence;
- 30 holidays;
- Pension plan;
