Senior/ Manager Operational Auditor

We are looking for an experienced auditor, the position is located in The Haque.
Responsible for conducting or participating complex investment and asset management audit projects within The Haque and internationally, from planning through reporting. Also, work on special projects with an emphasis in developing value-added recommendations that will significantly enhance our business. Conducts audits to ensure that appropriate controls exist, processing is efficient and accurate, and procedures are in compliance with corporate standards.

Participate with Internal Audit teams on various reviews focused on asset management and other operational reviews.

• Communicate independently and effectively with Group internal audit and worldwide staff, operating department staff and management, as well as external contacts.
• Apply a broad knowledge of principle, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments.
• Commercially minded and demonstrate strategic thinking capabilities.

Profile: 

• Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; 
• Ten plus years of successful operational and/or financial audit experience or equivalent business experience required;
• Insurance industry experience or working experience in financial services required;
• RA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) requireed;
• Excellent English language skills required;
• Experience auditing or implementing various economic capital framework models (e.g. Solvency II, Asset Management, etc.) strongly preferred;
• Position requuires approximately 10-20% international travel.
