Senior Treasury Manager (remote)

Our client is a private equity owned company specialized in providing health care services. The company has grown a lot in recent years through M&A of smaller health care centers and are currently operating across 10+ countries. They are focused on long-term value-creation with a stable and supportive family shareholder base.

The position

Exciting Senior Treasury Manager position in a small treasury team responsible for managing and improving global treasury activities. Tasks in including cash & liquidity, FX hedging & funding. Excellent career opportunities! Remote/Netherlands (HQ in Spain).

Tasks & responsibilities

As Senior Treasury Manager you are reporting directly to the Treasury Director. You combine operational tasks with strategy development and are responsible for:

• managing the groups cash & liquidity;
• proposing financial solutions for the group;
• assisting the Treasury Director in group (re)financing activities;
• Building relationships with (international) Tax/Legal/FP&A teams;
• communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Our client is looking for long term employment as you will be trained to succeed the current Treasury Director in 3-5 years. 

Candidate profile

As the ideal candidate you hold a relevant BSc/MSc degree and 8+ years treasury experience in large multinational companies. You thrive working in a fast paced & changing environment and are able to take ownership and drive innovation within the treasury department. As this is a remote position, it's important you are able to work independently. You also have excellent communication skills that help you build consensus and create collaborative relationships. 

The offer

The salary indication for this role is €80.000 - €100.000 per year. As this is a highly confidential search, we will only share the name of the company after presenting you at our client ánd there is an invite for a first interview. You will also be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement before going into the interviews.

Location
This function is fully remote, with the exception that once a month you will sit together with your direct manager situated in The Netherlands (Amsterdam region) ánd that you will travel to the headquarters in Spain once a month.
