The position

The treasury team is going through a very dynamic phase, change management in this position is prominent. The treasury operations manager is responsible for the liquidity and the cash flow of the EMEA Region. He works together with corporate headquarters and the shared service centres in operations, reporting and analysis, according to corporate policies. He leads a team of 3-4 analysts and supervises the treasury operations. He takes responsibility in the improvement of the cash management process and policies and plays a role in the implementation of a new TMS.

Candidate profile 

The ideal candidate has a relevant academic degree and 6-8 years’ experience in an international corporate environment. He is an expert in liquidity planning, cash pooling and netting. Prior experience in TMS implementation and knowledge of ERPs are a big plus. The treasury operations manager can communicate on all levels and has the ability to lead a small team. Prior managerial experience is not a must. The ideal treasury operations manager is result oriented and thrives on improving processes and systems. Dutch is a plus.

Terms & conditions

Indication for the base salary of this position is € 90.000. Our client is open for talented mediors and is also willing to recruit a candidate with a longer track record. Our client offers very good fringe benefits.
