The organisation

Our client is a well known and respected property and real estate development company in Dubai. A multi billion dollar company. Besides their focus on the market in Dubai and the region, they are looking to expand to other regions and continents.

For this expansion they are looking for a Senior Executive in Corporate Finance and a Senior Executive in M&A, to be based in Dubai.

The position

Are you an experienced senior financial? With VP or FD level experience in (corporate) finance and/or M&A? Willing to relocate to Dubai? Then this opportunity has your name written all over it!

• Corporate Finance:
  • Private placement
  • Debt capital market
  • Bank market
  • Valuations
  • Analysis
• M&A:
  • From sourcing deals to transaction documents
  • Leading the deal team
  • Working with legal, finance, tax, external advisors
  • Working with an investment committee
  • Acquisition of land and real estate

Candidate profile

• Seasoned financial
• Experienced in either corporate finance or deal making M&A
