De functie
 
The European Business and Development Director is responsible for building the customer base of Moll Industries in Europe and strengthening the market position of the organisation. The European Business Development Manager will report to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing.
  
De eisen 

  • Demonstrated success negotiating and closing multi-million dollar sales opportunities at key OEM’s throughout Europe
  • Established contacts and history with potential Moll customers
  • Must have account management experience and key OEM contacts throughout Europe that supports resume.
  • Must have proven sales experience selling custom plastic injection molding services and contract manufacturing to OEM’s and companies in the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical Industries. Contacts within other markets that require molding is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry players, terminology, competitors, policies and financial practices
  • Must be self motivated and driven with a “hunter” attitude and a track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to cold call, develop relationships, assess customer needs and develop an effective sales strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus
  • A minimum of seven (7) years or more of demonstrated consistent “high-end” sales experience as the primary driver of the sales process
  • Multi-lingual
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM system e.g. GoldMine)
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Would prefer someone based in the Netherlands. Moving package not currently available, it may be considered for the correct candidate.
