The position

Verisure is one of the world’s largest home alarm providers. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Managing Director Netherlands and Management Team in this highly visible role, designing and implementing transformational projects, with potential to fast-track into management while shaping the company’s growth strategy in the Netherlands.

The Chief of Staff will be crucial to Verisure’s success in the Netherlands. Acting as the right hand to the Country Managing Director (MD), the candidate will provide strategic and operational support, amplifying the MD’s impact and driving key initiatives that will shape the future of Verisure Netherlands. Reporting to the MD and working closely with the Management Team, the Chief of Staff will engage with stakeholders across the Country and at the Group level, driving the most critical and transformational projects essential to the growth and success of the organization.

This highly visible multidisciplinary position demands both strategic skills and a hands-on mentality. The Chief of Staff owns the design, roll-out and end-to-end delivery of many crucial projects. This includes developing new go-to-market strategies, enhancing industry and market understanding, defining marketing initiatives, and implementing best practices, driving operational effectiveness and increasing reach and brand awareness across The Netherlands.

The Chief of Staff is proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on driving business value. An excellent communicator, they possess a keen ability to seamlessly manage multicultural teams and complex processes. The ideal candidate is confident, empathetic and mature. They can easily facilitate interactions and foster buy-in with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and enabling flawless operational execution across the organization.

Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience
• In strategy consulting
• Ideally with projects in fast-paced B2B and/ or B2C environments
• Experience working with multinational/ multicultural teams
• Analytical and process oriented
• Strong project and stakeholder manager
