The position

For this unique HR position, we are searching for an energetic and charismatic leader with strong strategic capabilities and a clear vision. The CPO is a seasoned professional, a strong interlocutor and challenger for all levels of the organization, and an authority in her area of expertise.

A hands-on and approachable attitude makes sure the CPO switches effortlessly between strategy and operation, she is down to earth and has a solid developed execution power.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Final responsibility and management of the HR team
• Development of the HR department (qualitative and quantitative)
• Employer branding and repositioning of Groendus the labor market
• Leading HR due diligence matters
• Leading post-integration HR activities regarding systems, harmonization of compensation & benefits, etc.
• Performance of the HR operation, managing, developing and coaching the employees
• Further development of the remuneration policy
• Contribution to and monitoring of the desired organizational climate and employee satisfaction
• Development and realization of the policy for management development
• Laison for Supervisory Board for Renumeration and HR of Management Board Members
• Active promotion and support of the Groendus culture, diversity and (above all) inclusion

Candidate profile

• Master degree
• Extensive experience in a top HR position within a fastgrowing, data-driven business-to-business organization
• Experience in dealing with matters concerning mergers and acquisitions from an HR perspective
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of the HR domain, including areas such as talent development, performance management and leadership development
• Experience in and knowledge of organizational and competence development
• Perfect command of the Dutch and English languages, spoken and written
