The organisation

Our client is a leading global technology-enabled liquidity provider specialised in Exchange Traded Products (ETPs).

The position

Our client is looking for a Global Head of HR & Recruitment. The HR department consists of 13 people, of which 7 are active in recruitment and the others in general HR. The team is divided over the 3 main locations (Amsterdam, New York and Singapore).

Due to the daily dynamics of the organization (change, growth, further internationalisation), HR plays a 'facilitating’ role in the organization; this means continuous adjustment of HR to the actual and future needs of the business.

Candidate profile

You have an education at University level and a minimum of 8 to 10 years relevant HR/Business experience, e.g. experienced in a high dynamic, fast growing international environment with top professionals.

You are very well able to build and implement HR approach, based on the current and future of our client and you have a continuous drive for improvement and development. You are proactive, result driven and flexible and you have affinity with the financial markets.
