The position

To work as a strategic business partner as part of the senior management team and provide generalist HR support across the business within the legal framework.

Candidate profile

• University degree or graduate degree in business or management; MBA and/or a scientific degree (HR professional degree).
• Experience of working within a matrix/complex organization in a fast-paced environment with an excellent understanding of the generic pharma division/business cycle responsibilities and skills necessary across these type of organizations.
• Extensive (> 10 years) experience in a senior HR Business partnering/consulting role, including at least > 6 years significant HR leadership experience.
• Proven accomplishments in relation to strategy development, processes and standards for all personnel related activities.
• Proven record of accomplishment of managing processes related to employee selection across all disciplines/seniority, development, retention and motivation, as well as working relations.
• Proven experience of working with senior managers and aligning HR with the business
• Extensive experience in training and development, including delivering in-house courses for managers and associates.
• Knowledge of the Dutch language is an essential requirement.
