The position

As a HR Business Partner, you work closely with managers and employees to enable employee relations, promote engagement, provide coaching & development of our leadership teams and support various HR initiatives across the Organization. Reporting structure would be to the Country Head of Human Resources.

Tasks & responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with account leaders to support business priorities and organizational initiatives.
  • Participate/Own Talent Acquisition initiatives – Graduates as well as Lateral Hiring.
  • Promote & drive employee engagement initiatives to boost and sustain morale, enhance the sense of pride & organizational belongingness through “Engagement with Purpose”
  • Implement & promote key talent management initiatives including performance management, competency development, rewards & recognition, succession planning, coaching & mentoring.
  • Manage seamless and fair administration of TCS policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Facilitate and drive Corporate Social Responsibility events for project team initiatives.
  • Deploy and implement interventions to increase employee retention.
  • Deploy mechanisms to promote participation in the Annual Employee Survey, analyze results, and develop action plans to sustain and improve engagement.
  • Redress and resolve employee concerns and grievances as a true custodian.
  • Comply to all internal and external HR processes/compliance requirements.
  • Manage all statutory employment requirements, as advised by legal counsels, compliance officers (as applicable)
  • Active involvement in worker’s council related matters

Candidate profile

Skills & Capabilities

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate presentations to groups effectively.
  • Successful track record in managing dynamic employee relations cases, involving an in-depth understanding of labor laws & country specific regulations.
  • Strong assertive skills in managing expectations of different employee segments.
  • Expertise in Data analysis, action planning and execution skills.
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion to work in a diverse work environment.
  • Certifications (Internal/External) in HR or relevant fields would be an added advantage.

Desired Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent (preferably in HR/Personnel Management/Psychology)
  • 5 – 10 Years’ hands on experience in HR Function
  • Experience in workforce planning, hiring, people analytics, compliance - Preferably in IT industry.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English. Any other European language proficiency is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate & enjoy working in intercultural and diverse teams
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for all HR related topics
  • High motivation to learn and flexibility
  • Analytical & solution-oriented work style
