Job description

•  Responsible for the devlopment and execution of HR strategies amd activities in Europe and Africa;
• Support the European Management Committee as well as Managing Directors of our operating companies;
• Promote a strategy to attract and recruit the highest caliber candidates for all roles in the company;
• Implement HR projects, e.g. competence management to satisfy ongoing business needs;
• Act as focal and linking pin to our headquarters;
• The HR Employees throughout Europe and Africa report to the HR Director Europe. 

Your profile

• Master's level in HR and minimum 10 years of HR experience in commercial and international environment;
• Profound knowledge of European HR legislation and processes;
• Hands-on mentality, result-oriented, firm personality;
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
• Business and international oriented, proficient in English and preferably in French and German;
• Open to travel frequently and internationally.

Terms of employment
approximately € 150.000 OTE
