HR manager

The organisation

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR. This role will operate at Group level supporting several (international) businesses with the development and growth of its people strategy. The Group sits across technology and real estate with innovation and sustainability as its core.

The position

You will work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership team to build and deploy a fully functioning HR department. As the first member of the growing HR team you will need to be adaptable and comfortable operating both operationally and strategically.

Candidate profile

You have the ability to design and implement HR initiatives and to combine strategic thinking with operational execution. You have in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices. English and Dutch language skills are required, both oral and written.
