The position
 
The The Hague office is currently seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our rapidly expanding team. This opportunity is an ideal next career step for a motivated and ambitious HR professional to increase the level of HR business support delivery. You will join our rapidly growing and successful company, and be part of a fast-pace environment with continuously changing priorities.
 
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Provide HR advice and supports engineering management and employees providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR.
  • Act as a partner to business management of engineering and help the business in achieving its goals.
  • Be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutions.
  • Bring professional support to Management for Talent Management activities (advising in developing internal talents and bringing in external talents), including group learning experiences.
  • Advise Management around absence and performance issues and work with your key stakeholders to resolve these.
  • Work closely with your HR colleagues, to contribute to HR projects and providing ideas and suggestions.
  • Keep up to date with legal requirements, providing suggestions for changes required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources and proven experience within an international and project driven organization.
  • Proven experience in a business partnering role with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English), able to influence and develop strong relationships with a wide range of audiences.
  • Proactive, use initiative, able to multi-task and prioritize, without close supervision.
  • Able to manage and deal with conflict.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

Working experience in a technical environment with technical people is considered a big plus.
 
Terms & conditions

This position is based on a 40 hour working week (spread over 5 working days). Salary conditions are good and there is room for growth.
