HR Manager with excellent people and communication skills

Summary of the position

The HR Manager will be responsible for defining the future needs of the organisation based on the client’s vision and strategies, developing talent within the Netherlands and aligning the organisation for growth. (S)He will act as a strategic sparring partner for the leadership team, requiring complete understanding of the business in order to assess the people implications of various business strategies and solving business problems through HR-based solutions. Specifically, (s)he will be responsible for the selection of middle management positions, coaching and leadership development, organisational development based on the growth ambitions, employer branding as well as driving the tailor-made company culture journey.

Key requirements

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of relevant HR work experience and a university degree. On the content side, the successful candidate possesses sound experience in general HR management within a, preferably B2B, sales driven organisation. (S)he has a proven track record in areas such as recruitment, leadership and culture development, planning, employee satisfaction, compensation and benefits.
