The organisation
For one of our clients, a successful, mid-sized global manufacturing company, we are currently searching for an experienced and senior Interim HR Director, who will lead the Post Merger Integration of the 4 European sites of a recent acquired company. The company is a market leader in its industry, providing value-added solutions to the food and beverage industry.
The position
The Interim HR Director – post merger integration, will be responsible for setting up of a project plan and deployment strategy, aligned with the global HR Operating Model and integration plan. Furthermore s/he will develop and integrate the global people processes and standards in the region aligned with the employee life cycle (e.g. in C&B (salary review, grading, employee appraisals). Furthermore s/he will lead and steer the project and manage the involved parties (SteerCo, Country teams) and executing parts of the plan when needed. S/he sits ad interim on the Management team of European business unit to represent HR and drive key topics
Candidate profile
- 10+ years of HR experience in cooperation with European countries, in manufacturing environment.
- Good experience with trade unions and works councils
- Seniority and leadership presence and experience with influencing Management Teams
- High degree of change collaboration & integration capability and experience managing multiple stakeholders through complex change
- Experience in setting up and leading an HR department
- Development of an existing HR structure in the EU region incl. development of competencies in the team
- Project management skill set and execution competence, with a clear sense of urgency and ability to prioritise on key focus areas efficiently
- Ability to roll up sleeve and get things done and drive to execution when needed
