Organisation:

International software specialist for banks and financial institutions. The organisation is a niche specialist developing financial management software for banks and financial institutions.

Position:

The International HR Director will be a key player in the (international) management team, charged with aggressive objectives for the business and its personnel. He/She reports to the CEO and has 3 direct reports.

The organization has its head office in Belgium. It is also based in the UK, US, Thailand, Singapore, Spain and Luxemburg.

The International HR Director guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the entire company.

Principal accountabilities:

• Leading the OR;
• Establishing internal communication channels;
• Development of a superior workforce;
• Development of the Human Resources department;
• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance;
• Personal ongoing development;
• Safety of the workforce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience required;
• 10 or more years HR management working experience;
• Proven track record of (international) strategic thinking and advanced HR concepts in a management position;
• Experience with companies in financial software industry;
• Working experience in a matrix organisation;
• Good understanding of IT profiles (eg. software engineers and .NET developers);
• Experience with Employee Engagement;
• Experience with structured reviews in Performance Management Programs;
• Experience with KPI’s in HR management;
• Experience with retention of highly valued associates;
• “Can do” mentality;
• Experience in International / Multi national environment;
• Experience in fast-paced, production or commercial environment;
• Fluent in English.

Remuneration:

• €120.000 base salary (indicative)
• 20% - 30% bonus
• Company Car
