Job Description:

To set the direction and run the business in the Benelux region and to grow the business across Europe further. To achieve the desired growth of the organisation both in terms of topline and bottom line, creating value for all stakeholders as a Leader, Visionary, Decision Maker and Manager.
 
Leader 

• Advises the Board
• Advocates/ promotes organisation and stakeholder change related to organisation mission
• Supports motivation of employees in organisation products/ programs and operations
• Formulates polices and makes recommendations, supports Board during orientation and self-evaluation
• Meets the growth objectives and value creation setup by the Board on a quarterly & annual basis
• Meets the profitability objectives setup by the Board on a quarterly & annual basis
• Defines & executes the strategy of the organisation in order to achieve the agreed goals
• Ensures smooth running of all the aspects of the business like Finance, Sales, Delivery, Marketing, HR, etc.

Visionary / Information Bearer 

• Ensures employees and Board have sufficient and up-to-date information. Update Board with various developments at Europe on set frequency
• Looks to the future for change opportunities
• Interfaces between Board and employees in Europe

Decision Maker 

• Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the Boar 
• Decides or guides courses of action in operations by staff

Manager 

• Oversees operations of the organisation
• Implements plans
• Manages human resources of the organization
• Manages financial and physical resources 

Requirements:

To achieve the 3-year plan for the organisation in the Benelux/ Europe as envisioned by the Board, we are looking for a leader and strategist with broad vision and hands-on experience in leading a similar business.
 
The requirements are: 

• University degree with an MBA
• At least 15 to 25 years of experience in the IT industry
• Experience in running the P&L for a company/ department/ division/ etc
• Entrepreneurial skills with sales known how
• Experience in working in a Europe – India combined model
• Successfully grown IT services business in the Benelux
• Have well established relationships at CxO level, preferably in the financial services and healthcare sectors
• Experience in Managed Services and Security Services preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
