The position

For ASML we are looking for a DataStage ETL Developer in this role you are responsible for developing and improving complex data loading processes for Data Warehouses, Data Marts and Operational data stores with multidimensional data modeling concepts.

The IT division supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. The ICT infrastructure, hardware and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML’s internal and external activities.

Candidate profile

• Minimum 5 year experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage Server and Parallel edition (version 8.1 and later)
• Experience working with complex data loading processes for Data Warehouses, Data Marts and Operational data stores with multidimensional data modeling concepts
• Efficient in all phases of SDLC Methodology (Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development, coherent with Data cleansing, data conversion, performance tuning and unit testing
• Solid ETL design, coding, testing and debugging skills
• Proven experience with PL/SQL, SQL and Object Oriented concepts and design and relational database, Netezza, Oracle, etc.
• Proficient experience in UNIX shells scripting
• Excellent problem solving skills with strong technical background and good interpersonal skills
• Deep hands on advanced IBM Infosphere DataStage parallel job development (parallel architecture, configuration files, stages and connectors, environment variables, parameters& routines)
• Good experience on developing the Data Warehouse, Data Marts
• Strong SQL and OLTP & OLAP skills (Oracle, Netezza)
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
