Job Description:
The GM Benelux is part of the Executive team and reports directly into the CEO. He/She leads a team of about 100 FTEs will be responsible for all Sales & Services activities in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
As part of the Executive team of the company, he/she formulates goals, strategy and operational year plans, in accordance with the company’s mission and ambition.
Management of all Sales and Account Management activities in the Benelux. Achieve growth targets of the company. Expand installed base of satisfied customers.
Management of related local services. This consists of Business Consultancy, Implementation Services (including TMS and training), and Application Management Services. Achieve qualitative and financial targets formulated in the approved annual plan for revenue, P&L and customer satisfaction.
Overall P&L responsibility for Benelux country operations.
Work closely together with the COO in improving the company's operational excellence by introducing and implementing new processes, standards and supporting systems in cooperation with Information Management.
Improve the customer relations and satisfaction overall and personally interact with the main customers in the Benelux.
Together with VP Solution Management & Marketing responsible for alignment of Product Marketing/Management and Sales and Services.
Requirements:
- University degree preferred
- About 15 to 20 years of work experience
- Extensive experience in Software Services Delivery organisations, including demonstrated successful end responsibility for business results.
- Ability to manage people of different backgrounds and cultures and to motivate teams to produce high quality output within tight timeframes in a positive work environment.
- Hands on approach regarding building a personal relationship with key accounts in these markets.
- Deliver as promised by a structured quality-driven work style.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities.
- Decisive thinker who puts solutions into actions.
- Energetic forward-thinking and resourceful professional with high ethical standards.
- Ability to align different views.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and upbeat attitude. A passion for the company’s mission.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
