Our client is a global logistics provider. 

The position

In the role as Global MSI Lead, you will deliver MSI services, deliver all infrastructure projects globally, drive IT infrastructure strategy and architecture and refine it as time elapses, advice ITMB on Infrastructure trends, options and solutions.

Control all fixed and variable resources and costs. Ensure budgets are set appropriately and delivered. Ensure compliance to necessary standards and commercial terms, propose changes of vendors, contracts and terms.

You will report directly to CIO APMEA/ MSI Executive Lead.

Tasks & responsibilities

You will be Global accountable of all Infrastructure Service Delivery based on agreed Supplier SOWs and ensure the defined SLAs are met, if not exceed. Implement consistent ITIL governance framework with Supplier integrated tools, and continual improvement on Change Management process, Incident, Problem escalation and resolution, and other processes.

Ensure Regional Service Managers (SMs) monitor, report, analyze and escalate on service alignment (including service levels) and on day-to-day operational execution on the agreed Supplier SOWs.

Ensure Regional SMs capture performance data and interact with demand management and performance management to ensure that services and levels are aligned with business requirements at a tactical level. Use this data/process to drive executive level governance with Vendors. Align service-delivery capacity to business demands, while managing customer satisfaction.

Ensure year on year the right levels of funding are obtained and costs are optimized. Globalize these services to deliver benefits of scale. Work across Lines of Business to optimize and standardize services more broadly.

Align on the roles and responsibilities of MSI and Suppliers, ensure the operating model is optimized. Support setup and maintenance of risk-mitigation plan, including improvement, prevention, repair activities, and maintain the escalation process.

Report to stakeholders on Supplier service performance and influence the continuous Total Customer Satisfaction with stakeholders. You will also be accountable for transformation projects, finance control.

You have to be flexible in traveling between Germany and Singapore.
