They have integrated robust KPI tracking, task/resource management, and communication features. Essential user management and single sign-on ensure a secure and streamlined experience, making it a concise solution for strategic implementation and agile teamwork in enterprises.

The position

My client is looking for a Head of Product who can help them create the next version of their SaaS product in the transformation management industry. Since their inception, they have focused on the DACH market but want to expand internationally in the coming years. This new product version will drive them to grow outside DACH and into the global market. 

You will work closely with the current product and technical teams to help create this new product iteration. The company has a clear North Start of what it wants to achieve, but you will help create the journey, strategy, and frameworks to take the business to the next level. 

Therefore, communication across the product, strategy, software, sales, and marketing teams will be crucial in this position. If you love developing new B2B SaaS products and can work as an integrator between internal stakeholders, then you will be a match for this opportunity.

Candidate profile

• Someone who has led product teams for the last 5 years 
• Extensive experience taking B2B SaaS products from 0 to 1 
• Passionate and visionary product leader who can think outside of the box 
• Strong technical background to help them execute the next evolution of their product 
• Fluency in German and English is a must because solid communication skills are crucial for this role
