Their 3D engine evolved to serve architects, making them a global leader in real-time 3D visualisation. They empower architects across NORAM, APAC, LATAM, DACH, and UK & Ireland.

The position

As a Head of Product, you must have 3D and architecture software expertise. They emphasise visionary thinking and the ability to bridge technological capabilities with market demands. They prioritise people who can understand the needs of architectural teams and devise innovative product ideas. 

Drawing inspiration from Steve Jobs’ philosophy that the iPhone would not have been created if he had just listened to his engineers, they seek a candidate who can envision solutions beyond traditional approaches and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The role of the Head of Product involves more than expertise in 3D and architecture software. It also involves strategic guidance and communication, not only with C-level executives but also with developers. This strategic nature of the role empowers you to shape the future of our products and services.

While domestic travel in the Netherlands is limited, international engagements include significant conferences in the USA, Singapore, and other global locations. After doubling their headcount in the last two years, the company anticipates growth and expansion. The ideal candidate would represent the company at international events, collaborating with architects and stakeholders worldwide to drive product development and customer service initiatives.

Candidate profile

• You must have proven experience in spatial modelling and 3D Design for architects. 
• Over five years of experience leading, creating, and managing product strategies in the 3D Design market. 
• Proven track record of managing Product Managers and growing teams of product specialists. 
• Strong understanding of computer vision and spatial modelling. 
• Willingness to be in the office four days per week and travel internationally for events when needed. 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant domain. 
• Fluency in English.
